A 20-year-old AI developer, entrepreneur, and Monash University business student in Kuala Lumpur, he serves as the Founder and CTO of Orca AI Solutions. He began his entrepreneurial journey while still doing his A Levels at Jerudong International School. Since then, he has developed AI agents like Cora, Aria, and Lily to empower businesses with AI, transforming operations and driving innovation. Combining technical expertise with business acumen, Rif is shaping the future of AI-driven solutions.

Co-Founder & Manager of Springhill Farm & ORCA AI Solutions
An architectural executive, entrepreneur, and technologist with over 20 years of experience across Brunei, Kuala Lumpur, Shenzhen, Singapore, and Melbourne. He co-founded Springhill Development Enterprise (Springhill Farms)and serves as CEO of Orca AI Solutions under Arclit Sdn Bhd. With a B.Arch from RMIT University, Chern blends his expertise in architecture, sustainability, and digital technology to pioneer innovative solutions in both facilities design and systems optimization.
